It is tempting for many to move forward too fast in the process of design. In order to get to a relevant final result, you have to ask the essential questions first. First, ask “why”. What is the purpose of the project? What do we want to accomplish? Second ask the question of “who”. Who is the costumer, and who is the user? Understanding the situation and priorities, needs and preferences of the user is vital. Also ask yourself who is the client, what is the brand to sign the result?
Only after this start thinking about "how".

Sedan fråga för vem; vem är inköparen, vem är användaren? Att förstå användarens situation och prioriteringar är avgörande. Fråga sedan av Vem; Vem är uppdragsgivaren och varumärket?
Först därefter börja fundera på “hur”.
